The incumbent will play a key role in understanding the needs of the business and helping to match it to opportunities for growth. . Ownership of the recruitment process (intake calls, job posting, candidate interview assessments and hiring) across all specialty segments within ITP Media Group (Sales, Corporate, Technology, Production, and Editorial).
The TA Specialist position suits someone whos passionate about people, forward-thinking, and always aiming for enhancements and efficiency. The incumbent would be responsible for effectively partnering with hiring managers to execute recruiting strategies in direct support of business objectives, taking the lead from the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Activities and Delivery
Attracting and selecting future employees is a big part of what we do in the talent team. You start your day by screening candidate applications, arranging interviews and liaising with our colleagues in the KSA, UAE and across the other countries in our market.
Recommend and assist with the delivery of activities thats aligned to the recruiting strategies
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with hiring managers Talent Acquisition Manager
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Create and convert (where applicable) job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews if possible
Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required
Coordination
Assist in the creation, implementation and facilitation of ITP Media Groups current and existing vacancies in in all territories that is aligned with the company goals and strategic plan
Co-ordinate and follow-up on all Talent Acquisition activities
Maintain active monitoring and follow-up through on-going Talent Acquisition process
Provide support to all Hiring Managers and candidates as required
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
Work on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
Tracking and Reporting
Monitor and track Talent Acquisition activities by maintaining accurate updated records of candidates information and a dashboard
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts
Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
Network and Research
Strive to expand our offerings by researching new sources to recruit and speaking to potential candidates to build a pipeline for future roles.
Research and recommend recruiting tools and portals that aligns with the HR & TA strategy
Conduct an analysis and recommend graduate programs based on market best practice
Research and recommend effective processes and tools for Talent Acquisition evaluation and reporting
Actively initiate relationships and partnerships with industry associations related to the media industry
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Assist with general support for Human Resources (including talent acquisition and operational HR) and participate and assist in other projects as required

Qualifications
Min. High School Diploma/GCSE
Fresh graduate or 1st/2nd year students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
Experience
1-3 years of full-time work experience
