The Talent Acquisition Manager’s main responsibility is to attract and recruit top talent in our business. This involves creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies, be the Talent Acquisition Partner by collaborating closely with hiring managers to really understand the business recruitment needs, advise the business on upcoming roles in the industry, build a strong employment brand, identify suitable candidates and have a talent pool for the critical roles in our organization.



Design and execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy including employer branding activities, staying updated with market trends and industry best practices when it comes to recruitment.
Build and capture metrics that can deliver compelling recruitment insights/analytics to the business.
Perform analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the different divisions and departments.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels (social media, networking events, online job portals, etc.) to conducting interviews and assessments, negotiating job offers and closing vacancies within tight timelines.
Design, plan and implement the recruitment process.
Manage the Talent Acquisition department and recruitment in all our locations.
Advise on the recruitment required budgeting in line with the market salaries trends.
Provide expertise to senior management when conducting executive search activity.
Partner with universities and/or other educational establishments to position ITP as a leading employer of choice for highly capable youth.

Person Requirements

Previous people leadership experience covering multiple markets is essential.
Delivery focused with an execution mindset.
Ability to leverage a pre-existing network of candidates and contacts in the market as well as the ability to convert potential talent to candidates.
Experience working with technological providers (ATS providers, various Social Media platforms, and other digital sourcing channels).
Prior experience in recruiting within the media industry, ideally gained by experience within both recruitment agencies and in-house talent acquisition functions.
Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or relevant field.


4+ years of experience in the same role or equivalent.
