The Supply Chain Officer at IIQAF is a full-time position that is responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain operations, developing resilient end-to-end supply chain solutions, and analyzing and forecasting supply and demand. Ideal candidates will be well-versed in the principles of supply chain management, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to strategize and develop leading performance metrics for the entire supply chain.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategies related to supply chain operations, such as replenishment, cycle time optimization, and supplier performance.
Source and negotiate with vendors to drive cost savings and obtain best-in-class service.
Monitor purchase requirements, identify potential vendors, and measure vendor performance.
Analyze supply and demand forecast data to ensure order accuracy and inventory optimization.
Monitor inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, and communicate stockouts to management.
Create accurate and timely purchasing forecasts to ensure resources are efficiently allocated.
Track and analyze inventory and warehousing cost and performance.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Maintain a document management system to ensure accuracy of orders and related documents.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Extensive knowledge of supply chain functions and systems.
Ability to collaborate with vendors and other stakeholders to develop and execute supply chain plans.
Proven success in vendor negotiation and rate reductions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
