TXM is working with an international water treatment company in Dubai who is a market leaders in their field, They are looking to recruit a Service Engineer.
Job Responsibility: –
Carry put the job assigned for water treatment for the assigned customer.
Liaison with our sales team, consultants, contractors and our suppliers and provide smooth water treatment to our client.
Developing process engineering in support of day-to-day operations, maintenance and monitor activities.
Monitoring / evaluating performance and maintaining effective monitoring reports.
Troubleshooting operational and process quality problems in the following areas: – cooling water treatment, boiler water treatment, process water treatment, chilled water, waste water, domestic water, swimming pool water, etc. providing technical content for operating procedures.
Carrying out flushing work and supervising the same.
Look for any additional service requirement for the client.
Commissioning and troubleshooting of water treatment controllers / dosing systems.
Programming and interface the controller of BMS/SCADA system.
Knowledge on Ethernet/IP address communication.
Review current treatment program (case study) and provide enhanced technical support.
Corrosion coupon monitoring.
Biological control measures based onsite spot/lab test methods.
Calibration of special sensors like PTSA, Fluorometers, Online corrators, Turbidity, ORP etc.
Coordinating with equipment suppliers for troubleshooting the dosing systems (Controllers, Pumps, Sensors) etc.
Requirements
Education BTech Electrical / Electronic Engineering
Exp 4 to 5 years
UAE Driving license is required
Relevant industry experience is required
