Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Analyse competitors and market conditions to develop strategies for business growth.
Identify and target potential clients within the audit and taxation sector.
Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand the firm’s customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Customize service offerings to meet the specific needs of clients in the audit and taxation industry.
Set and achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional services to existing clients.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the firm and establish a strong professional network.
Represent the company at various forums to enhance its visibility in the market.
Work with the leadership team to develop and implement business development plans aligned with the firm’s overall objectives.
Provide input on pricing strategies and market positioning.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress against goals, and market feedback.
