We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Recruiter Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter Specialist your responsibilities involves crafting and implementing a comprehensive recruiting strategy, updating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and conducting interviews with efficiency and reliability.
Your role extends beyond mere recruitment; you act as a pivotal point of contact, building influential candidate relationships, and actively contribute to enhancing UPGRADEs reputation
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
Demonstrate a track record as a Recruiter, whether within an in-house setting or at a staffing agency.
Showcase a solid ability to conduct various types of interviews, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
Hands-on experience with diverse selection processes, encompassing video and phone interviews, reference checks, and more.
Ability to organize and facilitate skills assessment centers, incorporating activities like in-tray exercises, work samples, and psychometric/IQ/EQ tests.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and hands-on experience with recruiting software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
Exhibit strong decision-making skills, vital in the dynamic realm of recruitment.
Hold a Bachelors (BS) or Masters (MS) degree in Human Resources Management.
How your day will look like:
Design and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and update job descriptions and specifications to attract top-tier talent.
Prepare recruitment materials and strategically post jobs on relevant job boards.
Source and recruit candidates utilizing a variety of channels, including databases and social media.
Screen candidate resumes and job applications to filter candidates effectively.
Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods, ensuring a streamlined process.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring seamless integration.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to elevate the efficiency of the recruitment process.
Provide well-documented and analytical recruiting reports to contribute valuable insights to the team.
Act as a point of contact, building influential and positive candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
Contribute to promoting the companys reputation as the “best place to work.”
