Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) for the High-Rise project, aligning it with local regulations and international standards.
Establish and maintain quality control procedures, including inspection plans, test protocols, and documentation requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of construction sites, materials, and equipment to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and address any quality-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.
Manage and supervise a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support.
Monitor the effectiveness of the QMS through regular audits, evaluating performance against established benchmarks and implementing improvements as necessary.
Prepare and communicate quality reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas for improvement to project management and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to railway construction and quality control.
BSc/MSc in Quality Management, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or closely related subject Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager in Construction / Infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and quality control methodologies.
15 years+ post degree experience in Quality (QA/QC) Management/Engineering on major infrastructure projects
Knowledge/awareness of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems)
Experience working internationally is preferred (MENA ideally)
