Our client is a leading online wealth management organization with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for experienced Business Development Managers with background in banking, or Forex within the fintech industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure to hit personal KPIs (net deposits/ active traded clients/ call time, etc.);
Improving customer service quality/experience, productivity and profitability;
Big plus for having own book of clients;
Answering e-mails, assisting with client deposits, trading, withdrawals, client training;
Cooperation with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints on time;
Providing accurate information to clients regarding companys products and services;
Preparing and presenting FX Market update on regular base;
Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports in relation to dedicated market/markets;
Maintain an excellent knowledge of the companys offers;
Updating internal systems with accurate information;
Providing feedback to relevant departments on customers needs;
Meeting company core values on a daily basis inside and outside the office;
Has excellent English communication skills. Any more languages are viewed as beneficial.
At least 1 to 5 years of sales-related work experience, preferably in the financial/banking industry
A university degree or its equivalent in a related discipline (such as business, finance, or economics).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
The capacity to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and track and report on progress.
The self-motivation to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent mathematics and numerical skills.
Ability to collaborate, interact, and communicate with members of various teams and departments.
Technical and fundamental analysis knowledge. Working with CM experience is regarded as advantageous.
