Sales Manager – UAE Office

Position: Sales Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the UAE office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in building B2B sales from the ground up, particularly in the context of IT software and service start-up companies.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive B2B sales growth in the UAE market.
Utilize a strategic approach to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Build and manage a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, specifically in building sales from zero to one for IT software and service start-ups.
Strong background in IT services and solutions, with a solid understanding of the industry landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve targets.
Exceptional office management skills, including the ability to work efficiently with less supervision.
Technical background or familiarity with IT solutions is highly preferred.
