Job Description
Position Title: Sales Executive – Preowned | Al Futtaim Automotive | Toyota | Fujairah
Overview of the Role:
As a Sales Executive for Toyota Preowned in Fujairah, your role is to maximize sales opportunities and build lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, retaining gross margins, and promoting the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards in Customer Satisfaction Value (CSV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer journey.
Sales Volume: Achieve and maintain company-prescribed sales standards for your area of operation, enhancing the company and brand image.
Customer Satisfaction: Meet or exceed Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) objectives to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
Company Sales and Prospecting Systems: Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems, achieving or exceeding the target number of prospects logged to meet company business objectives.
Cash and Credit Control: Ensure adherence to company procedures when handling cash and credit customers to safeguard cash and minimize the risk of loss.
Improvement and Upgrading: Continually improve and update your knowledge, including product range, features, automotive industry trends, technical developments, and selling techniques, enhancing your performance.
Required Skills for Success:
2 years of sales experience, with a preference for an automotive sales background.
Upselling skills and the ability to create value from new products.
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills, with a clear ability to influence customer choices.
About the Team:
The role aims to meet Branch Sales and F&I targets while providing customers with a one-stop offer in the sales process. The role involves interaction with the Branch Manager, Branch Sales Executives, and Branch Support Staff. Professionals in the automotive retail industry often work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to achieve their targets.
What Equips You for the Role:
Preferred degree or diploma education, but not essential.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar retail sales position.
Proficiency in English is essential, and Arabic is desirable. Knowledge of other languages like Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, Farsi, etc., is advantageous.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills. The ability to build strong customer relationships and resolve conflicts. Clear thinking under pressure and the ability to make decisions and follow through. A strong team player.
A UAE driving license is required.
Technical knowledge of automobiles, negotiation and influencing skills.
