strategy to identify high-caliber candidates including the use of social media, contacts, candidate
databases, and referrals 3oach and proxide strategic guidance to recruiters on recruiting skills
assessment, negotiation, selling, client management, compensation, processes and tools Meet
regularly with region stakeholders on recruiting plans, progress, risk areas, diversity results, and
Budget needed for recommended action Monitor recruiter productixity and manage performance

Requirements
Professional-level English
Proven experience to manage a local and remote team of Recruiters in support hiring across Africa, Middle East and AvA3
Full-cycle recruitment experience in a global, matriC organi4ation that includes professional and skilled labor technician openings
Ability to attend calls in early mornings or evenings
Strong understanding of local employment law as it applies to hiring and interviewing
