Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant with a strong consulting background and a proven track record in strategy, ideally with exposure to the Real Estate sector. The successful candidate will have an exceptional academic record, an MBA, and at least 6 to 8 years of consulting experience, including 2 or more years at a top-tier firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG. They should be adept in new technology trends, possess excellent presentation skills, and be highly skilled in stakeholder and vendor selection.
Key Responsibilities
Keep abreast of new technologies in Real Estate, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Luxury, and Colocation Data Center sectors and educate internal teams on relevant innovations.
Map such technologies in the context of the company, considering the current IT landscape.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.
Create compelling presentations and reports for senior management, showcasing findings, recommendations, and progress.
Conduct rigorous data analysis to inform strategic decisions and to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation of new technologies and digital practices.
Qualifications
6 to 8 years of consulting experience, with at least 2 years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
An MBA from a top-tier university with an outstanding academic record.
Familiarity with new and emerging technologies.
Preferably experienced in the Real Estate sector or related fields.
Exceptional presentation and PowerPoint skills.
Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Proven track record in vendor management, with the ability to negotiate and maintain strategic partnerships.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing complex projects.
