Stella Stays is on the hunt for a Pricing, Revenue & Business Intelligence Specialist who can help us conquer multiple markets with clever pricing strategies. We need someone who can read data and market like a pro, understand consumer behavior, and outsmart the competition to ensure were maximizing our revenue and profitability.

Are you an analytical wizard with a passion for driving business success through data-driven decision-making? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pricing, Revenue, and Business Intelligence Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our pricing strategies, maximizing revenue, and unlocking valuable insights to fuel our growth.


Pricing Strategy:

Develop and implement pricing strategies for our products and services, taking into account market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
Analyze pricing data to identify opportunities for price optimization, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with sales, marketing, and product development efforts.
Revenue Management:
Monitor revenue streams and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Conduct financial analyses and revenue forecasting to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
Implement revenue-enhancing initiatives to capitalize on untapped opportunities and increase overall profitability.
Business Intelligence:
Gather and analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations to the management team.
Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to understand market dynamics and position the company advantageously.
Pricing and Revenue Optimization Tools:
Evaluate and recommend pricing and revenue optimization tools, software, and systems to streamline processes and enhance data analysis capabilities.
Collaborate with tech tam and other relevant departments to create, implement, and integrate selected tools effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and coherence in pricing and revenue strategies.
Provide insights and support in the development of new products and services to maximize revenue potential.


Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or business intelligence, preferably in a related industry.
Proficiency in data analysis and strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data manipulation tools.
Familiarity with pricing optimization software and business intelligence platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand market dynamics and customer behavior.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
