We are looking for a highly experienced expert in building revenue, traffic and an audience using paid advertising methods, to help scale advertising efforts geared towards growing profitable revenue in a wide range of business industries. You will oversee, lead and execute the entire media buying process such as Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Adwords, Youtube, Linkedin, TikTok, Snapchat, SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc. This position will be tasked to handle audience building, budgets for campaigns, overseeing ad optimization, A/B testing, reporting on set metrics, and managing a team of media buyers to execute high quality media buys.

What will the role look like:

Strategize, execute, monitor, optimize and manage ROI-focused campaigns across multiple channels to meet key performance metrics
Setting up & optimizing audiences for conversions and KPIs
Allocate budgets, analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
Setting up analytic tools & dashboards
Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementally tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns to identify what works best
Planning and strategizing landing page optimization
Test new channels and trends
Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis
Gathering multiple data points to perform in-depth analysis, drawing and reporting actionable business insights
Come up with creative digital advertising solutions to scale campaigns
Curate more advanced and tailored media strategies and execution based on previous campaigns insights
Lead discussion and meetings with external stakeholders, account managers & clients
Participate in creative reviews on all areas of media for existing and upcoming campaigns
Research & Benchmark
Manage multiple accounts and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
Leading the performance team towards a results-driven objective
Involved in hiring of the performance team when required

Requirements Check if you qualify:

4+ years of intense experience with performance campaigns
Previous experience with mobile apps campaigns
Well-developed analytical, strategical & decision making skills
Collaborative personality
Expert in data visualization & presentation
Fluent in English
Great self-organizational skills
