Job Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries on a variety of platforms, including social media, live chat, and email
Answer questions with accuracy and friendliness
Provide technical and other support for customers
Utilize knowledge base to resolve customer issues
Communicate resolutions or alternatives to customer inquiries
Keep up to date on products and services to effectively handle inquiries
Track customer issues and build reports
Improve customer service procedures as needed

Job Qualifications

2 years of experience in customer service
Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and customer service best practices
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
Proficiency in the use of computers and web-based applications
Flexibility to work in shifts and additional hours if needed
