Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Real Estate Investment company in UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Office Manager who will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office and providing dedicated support to our executive management. Your responsibilities will include:

Administrative Support:

Manage the executives calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information.
Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Office Management:

Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to meet office needs.
Manage office budgets and expenses, and prepare financial reports as required.

Event and Meeting Support:

Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and meetings.
Set up meeting rooms, arrange catering, and provide logistical support as necessary.

Communication and Liaison:

Act as a liaison between the executive and staff, clients, and external partners.
Handle incoming inquiries and information requests with professionalism and discretion.

Time Management:

Help the executive prioritize tasks and manage their time efficiently.
Anticipate and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts.

Problem Solving:

Address day-to-day challenges and solve operational issues in a resourceful and efficient


Maintain a solution-oriented approach to various office-related tasks.

Requirements- Proven Experience In Administrative Roles Or Executive Support.

Experience in Real Estate industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Russian and Arabic is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite.
Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
