About the job
Whom are we looking for?
1-2 years of relevant experience in mystery shopping, auditing or quality assurance
Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma
Good command of written & spoken English is a must Good command of written & spoken Arabic is a plus
Accuracy, organization and attention to detail
Basic qualitative & quantitative data analysis & interpretation (Pivot tables, functions & formulas, building advanced formulas, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, filters, conditional formatting, data visualization…)
Advanced reporting skills
Advanced insights, recommendations & systematic problem-solving skills
What do we expect you to do?
Ensuring high-quality and on-time reports and deliverables with no errors
Execute mystery shopping and touch point audits, mystery interviews, client shadowing, etc.
Autonomously conduct mystery shopping activities, analyze results, identify trends, and develop high-quality reports
Support the project manager by ensuring proper documentation, organized project files, on-time delivery, and accurate reports
What’s in it for you?
The Mystery Shopping Executive will be responsible for executing mystery shopping and auditing activities, collecting and cleaning data, analyzing and categorizing data, providing insights, and creating accurate and detailed high-quality reports.
This position will be offered on a contract basis for a period of 1 month, with the opportunity for renewal based on business requirements and performance. The successful candidate will be expected to work standard office hours, Monday through Friday. The salary range is from 6k to 8k AED depending on the experience.
NB the job location is Dubai with regular trips to Abu Dhabi.
