Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate is not just a designer; they are a visual storyteller who can breathe life into ideas through motion. From concept to execution, we need someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for pushing creative boundaries, and the technical expertise to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualization and Ideation:
Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and conceptualize visually stunning motion design concepts.
Transform abstract ideas into visually compelling and dynamic animations.
Motion Graphic Design:
Create visually striking and innovative motion graphics for a variety of platforms, including digital advertising, social media, and video content.
Ensure that all motion designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Expertise in Animation Software:
Proficient in industry-standard motion design software such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and other relevant tools.
Stay updated on the latest design and animation trends to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, video editors, and creative directors, to bring cohesive visions to life.
Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
Take ownership of the entire motion design process, from concept development to final delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with an outstanding portfolio showcasing a range of motion design projects.
In-depth knowledge of animation principles, typography, and design aesthetics.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of current design trends and a commitment to pushing creative boundaries.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
Have passion for gaming and sports.
Must speak Hindi/Urdu with fluency in English language.
