We are hiring for a Legal Administrator to support our legal team in managing the administrative aspects of the function. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised and possess strong communication skills.

As a Legal Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice by handling various administrative tasks and responsibilities

As our Legal Administrator, you will have these main objectives:

Leading in managing all KYC material for Payfuture and group companies and addressing any KYC forms and Corporate Due Diligence checks from partners, clients and providers
Providing and assisting in performing accurate legal research and analysis
Organising, assisting and revising any training material required to be provided from legal department to other departments such as Sales and Operations
Following up and keep track of any blockers and issues that may arise from the Legal department in relation to contract generation, revision of contracts and closing of a deal
Reviewing and proofreading any and all kind of legal documentation
Daily record keeping of all kind of legal documentation and managing the legal department’s filing of documents
Maintaining and updating company and group KYC pack on a regular basis
Providing administrative support for the legal department as and when needed

You will be a good fit if you:

Have a bachelor’s certificate in Law or related (desirable)
Possess 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, , with at least a year in a legal environment
Are a good researcher with attention to detail and possess basic knowledge of the law and legal processes in the UAE, UK and EU
Are a fast learner and are able to adapt to using new and different software and tools
Are an expert at organising and structuring filing systems, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are and advanced / expert-level user of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
