We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic fintech company. As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients within the target market, using various sources and tools.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads and identify opportunities for engagement and conversion.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our fintech solutions.
Engage with clients and understand their needs and pain points.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and solutions to clients.

Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Nurture and advance leads through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
Provide feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and competitive positioning.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the fintech industry, is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge of financial technology products and services is desirable.
