Job Vacancy: HR Specialist

Company DUBIMED is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will have a wide range of responsibilities related to employee policies, attendance monitoring, leave management, employee files, and more. Implement, update, and ensure adherence to the new employee policies and procedures.

Monitor daily attendance records and address any issues or inconsistencies.

Track and manage various types of employee leaves, including vacation, sick leave, and maternity leave.

Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.enusuring accurate employee files, ensuring their conversion to digital format.

Provide training materials, both online and offline, on topics such as presentation skills.

Handle employee requests, including salary certificates, leave requests, bank-related documents, travel-related documents, salary increase requests, and salary deduction requests.

Process payroll and benefits administration in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations and coordiance with payable department

Monitor employees visa status, expiry dates, and health insurance, coordinating with the company PRO.

Ensure employee data is updated, including the latest CV, picture, and other relevant documents.

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and sending job offers.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.

Maintain all recruitment platforms and ensure an effective hiring process.

Prepare and execute employees exit plans, ensuring a smooth transition.

Maintain and update company circulars and internal communication.

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees and managers when needed.

Support employee performance management processes, including performance evaluations and development plans.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, surveys, and recognition programs.

Identify and address employee skills gaps, providing individualized training and reporting on employee performance and attitude.

Report any policy violations, including HR policies, IT policies, and the code of conduct.



Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.

Proficiency in HRMS software such as Zoho People or similar platforms.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations, including those set by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC).
