About the job

Impact the Moment

Due to our continued success across our International K12 business, we have created a brand new position that will have a real impact on how we execute our digital marketing campaigns, and drive demand for our leading educational solutions. Supporting our EMEA and AsiaPac businesses, whilst reporting into the K12 International Marketing Director, we are seeking an International Growth Marketing Manager.

What is this about?

Working in partnership with regional product marketing teams, you will develop, execute, and optimise data-driven digital marketing campaigns using our platforms, (namely Marketo and Salesforce). Our new Growth Marketing Manager will create and manage paid-ad campaigns across social media – continuously optimising strategies that maximises return on investment and lead generation.

What you will be doing:

Utilising Google AdWords to create and elevate pay-per-click (PPC), campaigns that increases visibility and customer engagement.
Using tools like Google Analytics and SEM Rush, analyse user traffic and engagement, providing insights to regional marketing teams on campaign performance.
Owning key performance indicators (KPI’s) – sales pipeline growth, pipeline velocity, customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, amongst other.
Developing a deep understanding of customer journey stages so you can segment audiences, enhance audience personas, tailor messaging, and create content that resonates with specific segments.
Managing multiple project campaigns from diverse regions, coordinating with internal teams and external freelancers when needed.
Managing ad spend across all digital marketing campaigns, optimising allocation to achieve maximum impact and cost-efficiency.

You should apply if:

You have a solid and proven track record in growth and digital marketing, coupled with the proficiency in utilising marketing automation platforms, (ideally, but not essentially, Marketo).
You can demonstrate a confidence in creating and executing email nurture programs for lead generation and conversion.
You have a prior experience in performance marketing that includes managing and optimising ad campaigns on social media and Google AdWords.
You have a data-driven mindset and can confidently analyse campaign performance, assess ROI, and make data-backed decisions.
You have a strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and SEM strategies.
Previous experience working in e-commerce would be preferable.

Why work for us?

This is a newly created role – a real opportunity to have an impact on growth and revenue across our K12 International business. At McGraw Hill, you will be empowered to make a real impact on a global scale. Every day your individual efforts contribute to the lives of millions.
