About the job
8,000 AED basic salary (to 15,000 AED OTE)
Home-based (candidates must already be in the UAE).
Our partner is a successful home personal training business based in the UAE, and due to continued and exciting growth; we are supporting their search for a bilingual (Arabic and English) female sales associate.
With a proven track record in sales and account management, the sales associate will be required to develop and maintain customer relationships, hunt for new business, and be able to explain the value of home-based personal training to prospects.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have experience in the fitness industry
Be able to work productively in a highly autonomous environment
Have an abundance of enthusiasm
Be very self-motivated.
It is likely that the sales associate has previously been (or is presently) a high-performing membership consultant or sales manager in a commercial gym environment or from the supplier side of the sector.
