Xeluxe Fire Safety Consultancy is Urgently hiring a Financial Accounting Specialist with an experience of Min. 3 years in the respective field in UAE.

Job Responsibilities

Candidate should be capable of providing value additions while preparing the Quarterly VAT payment/submissions.
Create professional documentation arrangement for all account/financial related aspects of the company.
Create and upload the Quarterly VAT reports.
Manage Cooperate Tax, Annual Audit Report and associated report preparation.
Highly knowledgeable in relation to UAE and Saudi TAX regulations.
Lead and manage all the tax related aspects that aligns with government requirements along with budget management and forecast
Fully proficient with accounting software -Tally ERP 9 and Zoho books
Prepare timely invoices, timely receipts, client communication for timely payment receival
Direct Cheque collection from clients as required
WPS payment and bank coordination
Preparation of weekly and monthly financial report
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable including office utility bills.
Purchase invoice and report management.
Professional advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel

Qualification

BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
Minimum 3 years of Work Experience in UAE.
UAE Driving License -Mandatory
Ready to relocate to Dubai if required.
