About the job
Responsible for leasing vacant units (Residential/Commercial) and achieving high occupancy percentage.
Schedules and conducts viewings of properties with potential clients and agents. Negotiates and ensures conversion of inquiries into closed transactions.
To handle clients’ enquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Negotiating and convincing the tenants to implement all the lease terms and conditions. Maintain the optimum rent that can be achieved considering current market situation against prospective tenants.
Responsible for preparing and typing the tenancy contract in line with the policy.
Following up on a day-to-day basis to ensure that all lease contracts are being renewed in a timely manner within local rules and regulations and as per the company system and policy.
Obtain all the necessary documentation required to carry out activities such as leasing, renewals, moving in, moving out, and
Maintain and update all data related to the real estate market (viz: competitors’ product knowledge, market trends etc.). Posting all personal and contract data in the computer system, generating residence invoices, and pursuing collections as necessary.
Ensure rental payments and bounce cheques are collected in a timely manner.
Carry out market research to study the market trends and reports his sighting to the Property Manager.
Maintain & develop good network with real estate agents that can be leveraged as and when required.
Handle tenant’s requests and complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the Property Manager
Prepare and present various reports like expiry contracts, vacancy, bounced cheques etc. to the Property Manager whenever required.
Perform outdoor marketing to capture the attention of potential companies to maximize the chances of leasing vacant units.
Perform other duties and assignments from the Management with flexibility of duty time as and when required


Degree or Diploma graduate from an accredited university
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role and industry
Strong negotiations and sales skills with fluency in English language/s widely used in region
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Working knowledge of computer software applications.
