What Were Looking For
Current experience as an Executive Assistant Manager -Food and Beverage with a luxury hospitality brand, in a high-volume environment
Ability to organize multiple projects, manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A Proactive Nature with a meticulous Eye for Detail, complemented by the ability to Multitask effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
Next-level organizational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
Creative solutions and ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey at FIVE.
Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
FIVE-Styled Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (any additional languages are a plus).
A Team Player and People-Oriented leader, passionate about Motivating and Training a successful and productive Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
Champions FIVE service vision for product and service delivery.
Manage all operational procedures to enhance service and quality.
Active implementation of departmental strategies and action plans.
Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
Coordinate with the heads of departments to implement departmental strategies and action plans that are in alignment with the wider organizational strategy
Control payroll and operating expenses in coordination with the Hotel Manager.
Stay as a visible interface with the guests to obtain feedback on service levels and overall satisfaction.
Works to continually improve guest experience by integrating obtained feedback into action plans.
Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
Set goals and expectations for direct reports using the performance review process and hold them accountable for successful execution.
To ensure regular progress updates & reviews are conducted for all Outlet venue heads
To regularly update the Hotel Manager on all operations achievements and key issues
