Job Title: Executive Assistant [HINDI/URDU SPEAKER]

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational abilities, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with discretion and professionalism. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Efficiently manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and proactively address scheduling conflicts.
Prioritize and schedule appointments to ensure optimal use of executives’ time.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Anticipate and address any potential travel-related issues.
Handle a variety of tasks with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Streamline processes and implement efficient systems to enhance executive productivity.
Prepare agendas, materials, and documents for meetings.
Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
Collaborate with executives on special projects, ensuring timely completion.
Conduct research and compile information as needed.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Education And Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience supporting C-level executives is an advantage.
