The digital marketing officers job is to cover all events, internal and external, while, occasionally, he/she is required to attend to work after the official working hours according to the agenda of activities or work requirements:

Skills and qualifications:

Graphic Design:
Create visually captivating and effective design materials for various marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Develop and design marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, reports, presentations, and other print materials.
Digital Design:
Design and edit digital content for marketing purposes, including web banners, social media graphics, email templates, and digital advertisements.
Optimize images and graphics for online use to ensure fast loading times and high-quality visuals.
Video Editing:
Edit and enhance video content for marketing and communication purposes, including promotional videos, webinars, and tutorials.
Add visual effects, animations, and other elements to engage the audience effectively.
Social Media Administration:
Develop and implement social media content strategies to increase engagement and followers.
Create and schedule social media posts, monitor responses, and respond to comments and messages.
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.
Content Creation:
Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for various digital channels, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content related to financial topics for the general public.
Digital Communication:
Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters and tracking performance metrics.
Coordinate digital communication channels, including the organizations website and blog, to ensure up-to-date and relevant content.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistent branding across all materials and channels to maintain a strong and recognizable identity.
Collaborative Work:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and communication initiatives.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to meet project deadlines and achieve campaign objectives.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing, particularly in a government or financial institution context.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Proficient in social media management tools and content scheduling platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of financial industry regulations and government communication guidelines is a plus.
A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and marketing work is highly desirable.
