Day: Saturday

Date: November 25th,2023

Time: 4 pm onwards

Location: In5 Tech, Dubai Internet City

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person (if applicable.
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to customers while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving to provide effective and timely solutions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
Stay updated on product/service changes, updates, and promotions.
Use feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the customer service team and management to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer support.


High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a bachelor’s degree).
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not always mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
