About Our Client
Our client is a well-established medical devices and serialisation equipment supplier to a range of healthcare, universities, aged cares, and hospitals. They always put the customer first and require a candidate with the same values to join the team. This temporary, full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate start immediately. It will be a five-day on-site role.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Process of customer sales order data entry of customer orders, daily.
Answering inbound calls and emails from customers, promptly.
Data integration and ensuring the CRM database is continuously up to date.
Organising freight and shipping for client orders and providing ETAs.
Continuously developing strong client relationships trough excellent communication skills.
General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for an eager Customer Service Officer, who has a passion for customer interactions and likes to be in a high-volume environment. To be successful, you’ll need to have excellent data entry skills, great communication skills, and be a team player. This is a fast-paced role and one where you’ll be continuously busy throughout the day. This role will be required to working Monday – Friday, full-time hours, with a start date asap, in office role.
