Job Summary: They are looking for an experienced Contracts & Administration Manager with a minimum of 10 years in the real estate and construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all contractual and administrative aspects of their projects, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. The selected individual will bring a wealth of knowledge, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in negotiating and managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle.


Contract Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with company standards and legal requirements.
Collaborate with legal and project teams to resolve contractual issues and disputes.
Monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms and milestones.
Develop and maintain a centralized contract repository.
Oversee day-to-day administrative functions related to project management.
Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage vendor relationships and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and project administration.
Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Work closely with project teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Assist in the preparation of project budgets related to contracts and administration.
Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
Collaborate with finance teams to manage cost control measures.
Prepare regular reports on contract status, project administration, and compliance.
Provide management with insights and recommendations based on contract and administration metrics.


Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts and administration within the real estate and construction industry.
Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and management.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the construction sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
