About the job
Coordination: Responsible for scheduling & coordinating meetings with potential investors and strategic partners. Your goal is to optimize the CEOs calendar for fundraising, partnership, and press-related activities.
Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of materials and documents needed for fundraising pitches and business meetings will be a key aspect of the role. This includes pitch decks, financial reports, business proposals, and presentations.
Research: Conducting market research & gathering information about potential prospects & partnership opportunities aligned with the companys goals.
Follow-ups: Assist with follow-up communications, including sending thank-you notes & addressing any additional information requested by investors, employees, or business partners.
Data Management: Maintaining a comprehensive database of contacts, investors, and business partners is crucial. Properly recording all interactions and communications for future references.
Event Planning: You will play a key role in planning, organizing and executing events such as Seamless, GITEX, etc.
Networking: You will help the CEO expand the professional network by connecting with potential investors, or key stakeholders.
Performance Tracking: Keeping track of partnership performance metrics (headhunting, onboarding & acting as account manager for these partnerships), working closely with the commercial team & reporting relevant data to the CEO for assessment.
Calendar / Time Management: Managing the CEOs calendar, scheduling appointments, and optimizing time efficiency.
Travel Arrangements: You will be responsible for planning and arranging travel logistics for the CEO, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
Expense Management: Overseeing the CEOs personal expenses, reimbursements, and financial matters with attention to proper documentation and compliance.
Requirements
Proficiency in English and Arabic is must (speaking /writing)
Proven experience in EY, PWC, or in a similar support role for seniors will be a huge plus.
AUD, AUS, CUD or any other international universities (i.e. UoWG) graduates are preferred.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong Negotiation and Persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in conducting research and gathering relevant information.
Ability to work with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Familiarity with event planning and coordination is a plus.
Proficiency in using MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
