The Role

The Business Development Manager – Recruitment is responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with clients and partners. The role involves the identification of new business opportunities and the development of sales and marketing strategies that will result in increased revenue. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and an ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve the company’s objectives. Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment industry
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue
Manage relationships with existing clients and partners
Negotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing clients
Prepare reports on activities and results
Build and maintain a network of contacts in the recruitment industry
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel in the recruitment industry
Attend industry events and exhibitions


Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources
Proven experience in business development and sales in the recruitment industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self motivated and able to work independently
Good understanding of current recruitment trends and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
