About the job
Our client is a leading fintech company who creates products and services with blockchain. They are looking for an experienced Brand Manager with a background in Crypto and/or Blockchain.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a B2B brand image and company strategy.
Manage and promote the brand, increasing awareness and influence in target markets.
Conduct market research to understand the needs and behaviors of target audiences, optimizing brand communication and product promotion.
Analyze market trends and competitors to develop unique brand positioning and marketing strategies.
Utilize social media platforms to drive user growth, interaction, and strengthen brand relationships.
Coordinate internal and external teams to maintain a consistent brand image across all channels and media.
Manage crisis public relations, implementing preventive measures and controls to minimize the impact on the brand and products.
Monitor brand effectiveness and key indicators, analyze data, and propose improvement suggestions.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in e-commerce or marketing or similar.
Excellent written and verbal english skills.
Possess extensive experience in brand management within the B2B blockchain sector, showcasing successful brand promotion cases and a deep understanding of international markets and industry trends.
Demonstrate excellent market analysis and brand planning skills, with the ability to develop innovative positioning and promotion strategies and effectively lead brand projects.
Exhibit strong communication and coordination skills, along with an innovative spirit, problem-solving ability, and adaptability to dynamic market environments.
Proficient in using social media and digital marketing tools, as well as skilled in creating compelling brand content using PPT and Excel.
