The candidate would contribute to the Brand Development, Brand Awareness, Marketing operations, Budgeting, Sales Forecasting and plans along with retail Go-to-market strategies.
Defining and implementing marketing activities that support our brands.
Conveys market research and end user surveys to define adequate activities and introduce new products
Responsible for marketing budget allocation and new product selection, launch activation, listing, distribution strategies, effective and timely go to market launch planning
Responsible for branding activities, end user communication, product portfolio, pricing, and ultimately profitability.
Perform regular monthly and quarterly business analysis, results achieved by respective brands or product categories & reporting to both represented agencies and Senior management.
Collaborates with agencies and sales team to build sales promotions, product communication and commercial strategies to address opportunities and shortcomings.
The Skills and Qualifications:
University degree in Marketing / Business Administration/ Economics or comparable-Masters and or any other further qualification in Brand Management or Brand Development or Trade Marketing is a plus.
Above 3++ years relevant experience managing Skin & Personal Care brands – Former Experience with FMCG
Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities, tools and techniques is needed
Knowledge of category management and assortment
Knowledge of the UAE Retail Market is an advantage
Distribution Companies in the UAE/GCC is an advantage Competent with Microsoft office / CRM / ORACLE
