Position Summary

Nespresso UAE is looking to hire Boutique Managers for the Nespresso Dubai Boutiques, who will own their assigned boutiques. They will be responsible to manage the boutique team and daily operations so that the whole team delivers on the customer experience in line with our Nespresso Brand standards, embodying the Nespresso Brand Image as defined by the Head Quarter guidelines. The Boutique Manager manages is accountable for the boutique’s business performance, team recruitment, management, development, and performance. Our Boutique Managers are accountable for the overall execution of any practices required from Nespresso Boutique from stock management, cash, and card management, visual merchandizing, customer management & data protections. More importantly the Boutique Managers will act as role models to the whole boutique team.


Manages the Boutique Business and its performance:

Solid boutique business analysis to drive business performance.
Develop an annual business plan through analysis of business performance to implement concrete and appropriate action plans to deliver desired business objectives.
Drive Self and Team to deliver business goals, providing sales leadership to stores teams to inspire and enable them to meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

Manage the boutique team:

Directly responsible for building and maintaining a constructive, motivating, and pleasant working environment.
Effectively communicates to all employees: E.g., Daily Brief, weekly touch base, monthly one on one, monthly team meetings.
Completes all career development cyclical activities in line with the HR timelines.
Ensure timely execution of the Company Procedures for new hires (Onboarding)

Supervises Operations

Acts as key liaison between store and the corporate retail team.
Master’s and sustain knowledge of the Nespresso Operations standards and ensures they are properly applied.
Ensure compliance with all the other Nespresso Internal processes and standards that apply to the boutique
Ensure good management of operations through appropriate supervision and delegation: through appointment of either self, or Assistant Boutique Manager to the role of “Manager on Duty” that will supervise and coordinate all activities occurring both in the front and back offices.

Supervises the Customer Management

Acts as an enthusiastic ambassador of Nespresso.
Ensures visual merchandising programs are executed and all stores adhere to Nespresso standards for merchandising and product presentation.
Regularly monitor all Analysis and KPIs shared by the Manager on the quality and appreciation of the delivered Customer Experience.
Executes perfect events to build the Nespresso Brand

What Will Make You Successful…

Previous experience as Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager in retail/consumer Goods Company.
Minimum 4-5 Years of extensive professional experience in retail required.
Experience in Customer relationship management
Experience in retail project management processes and change management.
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience leading teams/people coaching, and development of direct reports is a must.
Fluent in English & Arabic is a Plus.
