About Our Client
Our client is a large regional bakery goods manufacturer and retailer.
Job Description
You would be responsible for
Operational Management – ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the bakery, including inventory management, product quality control, and production efficiency.
Staff Management – recruits, hire, train, and supervise bakery staff, including bakers, pastry chefs, sales associates, and administrative personnel
P/L Management – responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
Marketing & Sales – Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bakery’s products and services.
Strategic Planning – Develop long-term planning and goal-setting for the bakery.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a General Manager in the Bakery industry or a similar leadership role
10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
Bachelor’s Degree is a must, MBA will be an advantage
