We are looking for an experienced Assistant Reception Manager candidate for a new fine dining opening.
Key Responsibilities:
To Assist the Reservations manager at all times
Ensure great guest experience, ensuring the smooth operation of the reservation system whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Review of existing standards and procedures while implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of Front of House Services
What we are looking for?
Hospitality or relevant Degree.
Previous experience of at least 2 years of working in high end, busy restaurant operations.
English – spoken and written
Multitask
Willing to join immediately
