Job Description:

Authorization and approving of sales Invoices purchase Orders, payment vouchers and reimbursement claims including real time monitoring of Financial transaction.
Managing Legal and banking operations including letter of credits/bank guarantee and Financial cases.
Checking queries pertaining to LC
Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and ensure timely filing of return.
Profitability and cost analysis at each company level and find out the potential area of development along with the trend and data analysis for strategic planning & forecasting.
Preparing Monthly MIS report and Cash flow and analysing the same against the budget.
Prepare and analyze financial reports aligned to international standards.
Independently Coordinate and complete External audits, Internal audits, Statutory compliances and Returns etc. ensure compliance of all statutory and legal requirement.
Contribute to the development of financial policies, processes and procedures including control mechanisms and billing and collections policies.
Monitor & control routine Accounts operations related to Receivables, Payables, Staff Payroll (WPS transfer) and General Ledger etc.
