Supports the activation of strategy & plans and coordinates/ executes the consumer engagement initiatives
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Supports the shopper and consumer engagement activations (i.e. sampling plans, promotions, partnerships) in store on ground and on e-commerce, in full coordination with CDT, Media and Brand Activation teams, following the over-arching Brand Essence and Big Idea.
Assists in the execution of the different consumer and shopper researches to help identify Innovation renovation and communications opportunities
Brand performance and analysis to support in insights generation and build Consumer and Shopper Centricity i.e. Data gathering /analysis (retail audit/ sales/ research) in coordination with CIMI in the cluster and CDTs
Close follow-up with CDTs & A&P: alignment on the activities, calendars, implementations to ensure adherence to ICP, with needed corrective actions
Budget tracking ensures robust PFME Follow up with the support of PFME Admin. : PR/POs, follow up and ensure budget and spends as per the plans.
Liaises with several agencies, content studio(s), regional HO teams on the consumer communication and execution (i.e. point of sale material, digital & influencer campaigns and on-ground brand activations, supported in the execution by the A&P)
Supports in the local I2L projects: accountable for packaging delivery for the dedicated SKUs in the cluster (with the support of D2D delivery) and FERT Code, coordination for launch plan execution and follow-up
What Will Make You Successful
1-2 years overall experience in marketing or 3 years in other function ideally in Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG
Higher education in business management and marketing.
Strong learning agility.
Project management skills.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Experience in pure digital & social marketing is a plus.
