As the Artificial Lift Sales Manager, you will lead relevant processes relating to our sales & channels business. You will collaborate with relevant OFS stakeholders to ensure our objectives are met with a proper execution pace.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Handling complex products and systems requires technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.
Managing complex long term sales processes. Contracts involve pricing and conditions of sales, rent, operation and maintenance.
Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.
Handling important business unit clients
Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
Handling big or highly complex markets / Large potential for growth

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree
Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales.
Have an experience in Artificial Lift
Have exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems
Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Have established project management skills.
